POSTURE– The initial step to polishing that reflection in the mirror…

POSTURE– The initial step to polishing that reflection in the mirror is less complicated than you may think. Quite possibly, during this moment, you are reminiscing about the “old me”– the one with all the energy and time. That gal who had shoes and purses to match every outfit and always went out “put together”! Is that a some time ago? Never? Supposing that you are like most people, you have been racing through life and haven’t seriously given much thought to today’s topic.

WHAT PEOPLE NOTICE MIGHT JUST be an eye-opener to YOU

While expanding with your talent and experience, you may have overlooked a significant, almost imperceptible feature. Begin today and engage in some people watching! Rather than looking at what they wear, take notice to how they stand, how they walk and the flow of movement that is evidence of visible confident.( unless, of course, it ISN’T).

EXERCISES FOR MORE IDEAL POSTURE.

Unquestionably, the way you carry yourself will create more difference to your appearance than most other one factor! Your BRAND is perceived immediately by the way that you stand. The exercises I am sharing require no equipment and no pain. Simply put a solid chair in front of a full length mirror and let’s program your brain. The changes will be noteworthy! The exercise will be fun!

WHEN YOU THINK POSTURE, FIRST CREATE A VISUAL IMAGE – that’s the brain part.

When thinking of standing or sitting comfortably straight, it helps to think of the body like a marionette. While visualizing the string coming from the top of your head, tuck the chin slightly in. With shoulders lining up with the arms by the side of the torso, the belly button will consequently become “best friends” with your spine. Next, tilt your pelvic bones forward a bit and you will feel the balance all the way down to the crescent-shaped weight-bearing area of your feet.

COMPARE YOUR BODY TO A MARIONETTE – EMPHASIZE PERFECT POSTURE-this is the exercise part.

Begin seated, and practice standing up and sitting down keeping your eyes forward and shoulders back. While standing, roll your body down like a rag doll (if you can) and, as you stand, feel that string pulling you up! Already, you have set yourself apart. You are almost ready to walk!

PEOPLE ARE READY TO NOTICE!
